ConKi Community Guidelines

Welcome to ConKi!
ConKi is a community-based social platform where people can discover Circles, share experiences, participate in Challenges, and connect through shared interests.
Our goal is to create a welcoming, authentic, and respectful environment where everyone can express themselves, participate in communities, and build meaningful connections.
By using ConKi, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Respect Others
ConKi is a place for people with different backgrounds, opinions, and experiences.
You should:
• Communicate with others respectfully;
• Respect different perspectives, identities, and experiences;
• Engage in constructive and meaningful conversations.
You must not:
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully others;
• Promote hatred or discrimination;
• Encourage violence or harm toward individuals or groups;
• Engage in abusive, hostile, or harmful behavior.
2. Be Authentic
ConKi is designed around genuine self-expression and real community participation.
You should:
• Represent yourself honestly;
• Provide accurate information about yourself;
• Share content that reflects your own experiences and interests.
You must not:
• Impersonate another person, organization, or entity;
• Create fake accounts for deceptive purposes;
• Use another person’s identity, photos, or personal information without permission;
• Mislead others about your identity, background, or intentions.
3. Share Content Responsibly
You are responsible for the content you create and share on ConKi.
Content must not include:
Sexual Content
• Explicit sexual content;
• Nudity or sexually explicit content that violates our safety standards;
• Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
Violent or Dangerous Content
• Graphic violence;
• Threats of harm;
• Content encouraging self-harm or dangerous activities.
Illegal or Harmful Activities
• Content promoting illegal activities;
• Fraudulent schemes;
• Content intended to cause harm to others.
We may remove content that violates these Guidelines or creates risks for the community.
4. Protect Privacy
Respecting privacy is essential to building trust within the community.
You must not:
• Share another person’s private information without permission;
• Post private conversations or personal content without consent;
• Upload photos or content involving others in ways they have not agreed to;
• Attempt to collect, misuse, or distribute other members’ personal information.
Always consider whether someone would reasonably expect their information to remain private before sharing it.
5. Create Meaningful Interactions
ConKi encourages conversations and connections based on shared interests, Challenges, and communities.
You should:
• Engage with others in a genuine and respectful way;
• Respect personal boundaries;
• Communicate in ways that contribute positively to the community.
You must not:
• Send spam or unwanted promotional messages;
• Repeatedly contact members who have indicated they do not wish to interact;
• Use interactions to manipulate, deceive, or exploit others.
6. Challenges and User Content
Challenges on ConKi are designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, and community participation.
When participating in Challenges, you should:
• Share content that is relevant to the Challenge;
• Respect different forms of self-expression;
• Avoid using Challenges to target, embarrass, or harm others.
You must not:
• Submit misleading or inappropriate content;
• Use Challenges to spread harmful content;
• Manipulate participation, engagement, or results unfairly.
7. Circles and Community Participation
Circles are communities where members can connect around shared interests, experiences, activities, and topics.
Circles may include discussions, shared content, and activities created by members.
When participating in Circles, you should:
• Contribute respectfully;
• Maintain a welcoming environment;
• Respect different opinions and experiences;
• Support positive and constructive community interactions.
You must not:
• Use Circles to spread harmful content;
• Promote discrimination, harassment, or abuse;
• Engage in scams, spam, or disruptive behavior.
8. Spam, Fraud, and Platform Abuse
To maintain a safe and reliable community, you must not:
• Create spam accounts;
• Send unsolicited commercial content;
• Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized methods to manipulate the platform;
• Attempt to interfere with ConKi’s security, functionality, or systems;
• Exploit platform features for abusive or harmful purposes.
9. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, you can report it through ConKi.
Reports help our moderation team review potential violations and maintain a safer community.
You may report:
• Inappropriate content;
• Harassment or abusive behavior;
• Fake accounts;
• Privacy concerns;
• Other safety issues.
When reviewing reports, we may consider:
• The severity of the violation;
• Potential harm to members;
• The context of the content or behavior;
• Previous violations associated with the account.
10. Enforcement Actions
If we determine that content or behavior violates these Guidelines, we may take actions including:
• Removing content;
• Limiting access to certain features;
• Restricting account activity;
• Suspending accounts;
• Terminating accounts.
The action taken may depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of violations.
We may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to protect the safety of the community.

A strong community depends on the actions of everyone who uses it.
By sharing authentically, respecting others, and engaging responsibly, you help create a community where meaningful connections can grow.
